he will visit and possibly have a final decision before that hypothetical game would ever take place.

Quote from: Catfanatic
What is your source for this info?

Quote from: YourMyBoyBuhl
hey all i'm saying is that i wouldn't be surprised if brian smtih were in manhattan this weekend, that's all.  ;)

Quote from: Catfanatic
Well you sounded like you had inside info. I hope you are right we need to keep our instate players at KSU.

Quote from: YourMyBoyBuhl
who said that i don't ??? **

Quote from: Catfanatic
Well you did say he would visit before the bowl game. And your latest post on Mack going to JC? ? Dude you post a lot of stuff with out any real info.

Quote from: YourMyBoyBuhl
mack isn't going to jc. pinchback more than likely will. you can either choose to believe what i say or not, it doesn't really make a damn bit of difference to me. but i only post what i hear, so don't be surprised if smith visits this weekend or next.

Quote from: YourMyBoyBuhl
that was a typo. pinchback is the one i am referencing. seems to be the general consensus that he has a long row to hoe.

Quote from: Catfanatic
Whatever I just asked you what info you had no need to get testy.

Quote from: YourMyBoyBuhl
no, what you did was tell me that i have no info. a point about which i beg to differ

Remember Buhl's "cannonballs?"

The dude knows NOTHING.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

he's the biggest phony on gp.

he got called out one time by somebody from a low traffic site for building his post count there.  remember when he first started posting, and had a ridiculous amount of posts in a short period of time?  that's why.

hope i'm not wrong, but pinchback has too many offers to be considered an academic risk

low academic risk?  wtf, what's your source for this info?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I'm only bothered by how many similarities there are between the goobers on that board and some the posters on this one.

Contrary to popular belief we do not NEED a JC LB...   Reply
it would be cool to have one but let's look at our LB depth:

WLB: Antwon Moore
John Houlik

MLB: Justin Roland
Davyon McGhee

SLB: Reggie Walker
Marcus Perry

That does not look too bad to me, if we add a JC linebacker, then great, that would provide some immediate depth, but I would rather get a kid like Brian Smith or Kinsey who will be here for awhile. We also have some guys that could surprise us like Marcus Perry or Ross Diehl. We will be fine at LB this year.

are you serious.  houlik and roland have barely played.  davyon mcghee is said to be soft, and hasn't played.  marcus perry sucks.  and reggie walker has underachieved this year.  i have confidence that walls and especially rohleder will both be very good, but we seriously need better players.

I think you could say a combination of Walker, Roland, Moore, and Houlik would be decent.

Certainly not deep though.

We play 2 LB about 65% of the time.

Poster #1: So what we didn't land Asante? Stars don't mean crap.

Poster#1: OMG! Bill Walker! We are so guaranteed to dominate the conference! Off to phog.net!

Reasonable poster #1: So, which is it? Do stars matter?

Poster #1: OMG! Basketball recruiting is SOOO much different from football!

Poster #1 sounds like a typical Joco sorority girl.... or WilliamTheWildcat...

Both have strikingly similar resemblances.

I played baseball with a kid who went to school with Nick. He said he was retarded. He scored below a 10 on his ACT and was in Soph. English his senior year. What a waste of talent.

A former highschool teacher of his quite her job teaching and started working where I did the same year he was recruited. She said if he could make it through college, than there was no doubt in her mind that the college was just handing him a grade, and the coach that allowed him to play had no respect for an education as he could barely read at a 3rd grade level.

    Sniff Sniff. . . I smell Heisman.
The funniest premium board thing I say was when we were rumored to get a Mystery Recruit, and there was speculation on who it would be. I said Lebron James, the other guy was like "Awesome. I didn't know he could come back to college and play. I bet ku is real worried now."
csourk is the best pre-college poster on this board.  way better than oxlp956
