it only lets me vote once no matter what i do. i've tried closing the window and reopening, tried refreshing, etc. about everything i can think of. Does using Mozilla have something to do with this?

I use Mozilla and am having no problem with it.

delete cookies for that site.  also click on the ksu circle, push tab once, and then push enter a billion trillion times

I'm having the same problem, although it won't even let me vote once, watch the total # of votes and they don't go up after you vote.  Maybe they blocked our IP's or something.
