I mean logically, does it make sense?
He is 66. He left a job where he was paid handsomely in money, perks and worship. He stated that he wanted to spend more time with his family. The stadium is named after him and his family. He is fawned over by everyone across the state whenever he hawks another of his dreadful books.
How long could he reasonably/comfortably coach? 5 years? 10 years? Why would he? What would motivate him?
If we are to believe that he was/is anything close to honest with us, then he would have us believe that he wanted to spend more time with his family. His wife, I assume, would be none too pleased with this decision. K-State started an Equestrian program for his daughter for chrissakes. He has to hang around!
I agree that it would be fun to see Snyder make a comeback. I agree that it would be a joy to see him on Sundays doing x's and o's with some NFL offense.
But it really doesn't make any &^@@ing sense.......At all.
So really. Just file this under "Nick Van Exel to Asst. Coach Cats!"
That is all.
