I never, ever yell for ku. But Mangino would reallly screw the pooch for Lew should they win Saturday, and I really don't care much of MU either.
Big downside is it would make ku bowl eligible. Small upside of that is it would put even more sand in Lew's gears.
So as I say, conflicted.
If I watch the game, I  know I'll root for MU, but think I'll pass on that stinker.
Actually, a plague on both their houses after enduring a week of KC media acting like the game means a gottdam thing.

Never, ever, ever, ever root for ku win...even if it spites their a-hole AD.

Lew, as it stands now, pretty much has no probable cause to fire Mangino anyway...win or lose. If he did..it would have come out by now. His chance to strike and really drop the sword was last week.

Go Tigers. Humilate them. Do it soundly...so I don't have to listen to ku phan bump his gums about how his team may have lost to us but is still going to a crappy bowl.

I totally agree with the being conflicted thing.  I mean it pains me more than death to EVER pull for ku in ANYTHING, but a Mizzou win would put them at 4-4 in the conference, and having beat us, they'd own the tie-breaker with us and move them into sole possession of 2nd in the North.
I know the North has sucked this year, but dammit, I want us to hang on to 2nd by our over-achieving selves.

I thought the same thing, but then I remembered my entire family went to or goes to ku so watching them lose would just be icing on the cake. Trash talking at thanksgiving today was GOLDEN.

I never want uk to win (ok, except when it helps us), but would best case scenario be uk wins, screwing lew, getting them bowl eligible, but not selected for a bowl?

A Squawks win changes nothing.  Lew has something on Mangino, otherwise he wouldn't have started this crap in the first place.  Lew has had this crap on Mangino for years and was just waiting for a semi-crapty season so he could spring it.  Mangino and Lew are going to the mat on this one and it won't be about Mangino keeping his job.  It'll be about whether or not Mangino walks away with $6.6 mil.

Why the F would you watch that meaningless, irrelevant, f'ck fest, when you could be rooting on the Cats at the Sprint Center?  Get your priorities in order!!!!!!

Never really cared if uk wins/loses outside of games that affect us. Don't get mad if they win a random game the way I do when our rivals win. Hated watching A&M fall short last night.
