Seriously, who cares whether WSU beat KSU in the scrimmage or not? My understanding is that in these scrimmages, WSU and KSU coaches get together and set up situations that they want to work on.
Scoring results don't matter. So, if KSU is in a 2-3 zone and WSU is scoring at will, Martin isn't going to have KSU switch defenses so he can prevent WSU from scoring. He's going to make KSU continue to play that zone and get better at it. Also, each portion of the scrimmage only lasts 10 or 20 minutes(game clock time) then they reset scoring and start again.
