My two viable reasons as to why he hasn't done so yet are: Giving a big contract to a relatively unproven coach on the heels of the financial scandals might have rubbed some fans the wrong way, or they'd really like to get Frank locked in but he's holding out until he can get this practice facility thing worked out once and for all. God, I'd love to see Frank get signed long tearm, even if the team doesn't live up to some of these lofty predictions.
