24-10 khatz. DT gets 3 rushing tds and Cherry makes a field goal. OU fans gone by the middle of the 4th quarter. Serious return of the mob talk ensues. Party in MHK.

    The very best.
19-16 KSU.

"Wildcats rattle and hum Sooners in Norman"

U2 gave a concert in norman a few days ago.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    I think therefore I think I'm hungry
35-10 OU...at half. The second teamers come in mid third quarter. OU goes on to win big.

I am feeling the khatz on this one boys, no reason. Just watched the uk game last week and I think we are a titch better than that.

31-21 we get a garbage TD late.  :ksu:

We run the ball SURPRISINGLY well against them(surprise by both fan bases), do some nice things on special team, but have some dumbstick turnover or blocked field goal in the red zone, and some magic penalties carry the Sooners on one of their TD drives.  We spend the next 2 days talkin' about what if, then start doing box score comparisons to justify why we roll uk.

I really think we'll run the ball adequately against them (approx 180 yards on the game).  I think they'll kick away from Banks, which isn't necessarily good for them b/c their punter sux, creating short fields.  I am utterly unimpressed with Landry Jones and the OU offense and think they'll struggle to score on long drives.  As long as Gregory is forced to make quick throws and not allowed time to think (= sack), and DOESN'T turn the ball over, we'll be competitive.

If we give them a couple short fields, we're toast.

10 - 52 Cats   I like balance.

Landry goes down in the 1st qtr.  OU gets 5 turnovers.

Sorry, don't see us being effective on the ground at all.  They'll have 8 or 9 guys in the box, which they probably won't even need with their d-line.  We will consistently lose yardage when we try to run and be forced into 2nd and 3rd and long situations.  Will be surprised if we have 60+ yards rushing through 3 quarters.

Our ability to move the ball will depend entirely on our ability to move the pocket and have Gregory or Coffman throw on the run.

On offense, they will be able to make hay against our defense on the crossing, slant, square-in routes in the middle of the field.  Fortunately, they're missing a lot of playmakers, so it won't be as bad as Tech.

OU 41 - K-State 10.

OU- 24

Cats- 17

I think the D keeps us close.  Thomas has an average day running (+or- 90 yards and 1 TD).  Maybe a few special teams plays that keep us close.  We get an outside shot at winning but cannot overcome the energy drain of the FLU to pull the full upset.

Landry did not throw the ball well last week.  If he throws like he did we will keep this closer than we should.  OU 28  KSU 14.  Hope like he!! I am wrong.

Low probability, but if the 'Cats can get outside with blocking (bubble screens, option), and supplement with play-action passes, we can stay close.  Just like the whole season, O needs to stay on the field to keep our thin D OFF the field.

I want to believe, but OU's defense is good.  Really good.

Sooners 35
Cats 7

Just don't get anyone hurt or more banged up than they already are and don't put forth a Lubbock effort.

I am changing my prediction now that I have read the Daniel Thomas shoulder thread on gpc by the kid who is going to murdered by his fellow board members, and confirmed by KK on his show.

I will now say 52 - 3, OU.
