Logically, OU should win.  The Sooners' defense is much better than ku's offense, and ANYONE can score plenty on ku's defense.  I just get this feeling ku will upset the Sooners on Saturday.  Then, the Hawk fans will probably rush the field for beating a 3-4 OU team.  24-22 final score.

:limb:

In my heart, the outcome I'm hoping for is both teams and coaching staffs catch ebola ('cause swine flu just isn't enough).

ku will lose.  OU has too many athletes on D.  Sparkles will have trouble.  ku's D is bad enough to let OU's offense and 2nd string QB score enough to win by 10.

Should be an easy win for ku.  OU is proven to be a bad team and ku gets them at home.  No excuse for the Hawks to drop this one.

ku: 38
OU: 20

I wouldn't be surprised if ku won. It should be a good game. Neither team has impressed me too much this season, but I think ku's offense can win them the game.

I tend to agree no excuses for ku not to win this one.  OU has lost to every decent team they have played this year.  They've also lost everytime they've played away from home.  If ku is a decent/good team they will win this game.  No excuses if they don't it's set up perfectly for them.

Also agree. If they lose this one, it's back to perennial BigIX bottom feeders for years to come.  Should be a slam dunk.

sometimes i just don't like you steve.
According to ku police reports, the fight involved as many as 100 people.
“We’re pretty sure an incident occurred,” said Capt. Schuyler Bailey, ku Public Safety Officer
“We will handle any discipline regarding this incident internally, and we will have no further comment about it.” Perkins

I watched the OU - Tulsa game, and think OU has the ponies to destroy the jayhoax.  Having said that, Adam the betting guy that is on Fridays on WHB 810 said that OU practiced flat this week, and picked ku for the win.  He also said the line for K-State - Colorado was understated, and thinks the 'Cats will win by a larger margin than the betting line.

Heard somewhere that the loser of the Red River Shootout is like a guaranteed winner the following week.  Won something like the last 17 (unsubstantiated statistic).

UT and OU are a combined 21-0 in the game following the RRS.

No frackin' way.  Could have sworn our victory at UT was the week after, guess not.

    Hey, basketball!!!
Guys, just think about it. Chris Brown running down ku's defenses throats. Then Jones just throwing it all over them. Don't forgot, their defense this season is just as bad as ours last season...

And OU's defense look beastly last weekend. Held UT to 16 points.

OU wins, 38-24.

agree with all the home game stuff. if they can't win a home game against an average big 12 team then i really don't see the whole "mangino experiment" thing working out for them.

    Wait...what?
If ku doesn't win tomorrow, then they won't beat OU or Texas under Mangino, ever.  (Keep in mind that K-State beat Texas TWICE under Ronald.  Sheesh.)

No pressure.

This game will look a lot like the ku/Texas game last year.  OU wins 35-10.

OU has lost three gams by a total of 5 points.   Their defense is incredible.  Plus, ku sucks.  This board is incredibly LFBIQ.
