Pullen is completely different this year. He's a very good quote, can definitely tell he's a leader:

That’s not something as a person that’s been to the NCAA and enjoys the success of the NCAA, it’s not something that you do and you feel like, 'oh man, I really did something great, I went to the NIT.'
"You wanna go back to the NCAA. There’s nothing wrong with the NIT, but after being in the NCAAs, it’s like having a fine wine, you don’t want to go drink a cheap wine after that, you want a fine wine, it’s something that you want to do.
"You don’t get used to going back to the NIT. I don’t walk in the locker room after practice and say 'let’s work hard guys, NIT’s on the way,' just something you don’t do.
"As a team, we have five new faces, they don’t really understand what they’re working for because they haven’t had a taste of anything so you get to the point that you gotta keep explaining and keep letting them know that the NCAA Tournament is the standard and nothing under that, everything else is failure basically."
