OT: In sticking with the country theme, How bout Brooks and Dunn splitting up. Wow! My fav duo ever. 

I'm going to have to see them before they go out.

The are having a farewell tour in 2010.

brooks hasn't done sh*t for 15 years.  I wonder if he gets paid the same as Dunn?

Supposedly they share the album royalties equally.  I guess that makes sense since most of their money is earned through touring and endorsements.  Brooks is basically there for the live shows now.  Can't confirm read an article somewhere talking about how he doesn't do much of the studio recordings anymore.

Yeah, I've always thought that. Although i actually like some of the songs Kix Brooks sings. Adds a little different feel. You'd think they could at least make his voice audible on some of the songs!
