You guys are right, there are more ku fans than ever.  In fact, the little hick town I'm from is a perfect example.  When I was in HS ten years ago, I was one of the few enlightened ones.  Everyone else wore purple crap.  It was a K-State town all the way during the Decade of Dominance. 

Now, all those purple shirts have been burned.  And every one is wearing ku stuff now.  People that I know were K-State "fans" back then, have nothing to do with the team.
