I got news for ya: the company name wasn't "similar" it was
EXACT.
And it was completely unnecessary.
To give it a football metaphor: The Ron Prince team was in the red zone looking to score and the KSU defense led by PaKSUtelis sacked Bob Krause, his QB, for a 10 yard loss with the lawsuit. Then, after the play was blown dead, Prince picked up the ball and was suddenly and unexpectedly knocked comatose by PaKSUtelis.
Unfortunately for Ron, there are no 15 yard penalties for unnecessary roughness in the legal system.
Ron will never see a dime of that money.
