Mine would be the combo of Tubbs/Switzer. Still absolutely love those two d00ds. Who do you look upon fondly from the past? Also, feel free to use this as most hated from the past thread as well.
Jackasses both of them. Good era for coaches, though. I doubt there was ever a better top-to-bottom line-up of coaches in this conference than ~ 1987: Lon Kruger, Larry Brown, Billy Tubbs, Johnny Orr, Danny Nee, Leonard Hamilton, Norm Stewart and whoever coached at CU.
There were some big names together just a few years ago (Roy Williams, Eddie Sutton, Bobby Knight, Rick Barnes, um, Calvin Samson) but then you get into middling or lightweights like Quin Snyder, Wooly, Barry Collier, Ricardo Patton, Melvin Watkins... Some pretty automatic wins there.
