Not an "Snyder is old" comment, but we have NOTHING at RB.  I think that I knew it in the back of my mind, but this article is the most depressing thing I have ever seen...

    The very best.
we had a thread about this very subject earlier. "yoga_like_abba" calmed our fears a bit.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

J. Childs is pretty big. Could use him as a pass blocker too. we'll see.

ANYBODY but Valentine. omg

RB chart
1. Childs
2. Hubert?
3. Valentine

in that order?..still depressing tho

Yes, but whoever it is WILL be running behind an undersized OL with three new starters.  You've got that going for you.  Also, a new inexperienced QB who will invite the box to be stacked.  That run game is going to kick a$$....the question is: whose?

Tysyn Hartman >>>> Jesse Tetuan

(claim based solely on 4th down conversion)

will wait for next year to make the final decision...

Keep the scope to his play at safety and revisit. Thx.

Tysyn hasn't gotten the pulp beaten out of him at a local bar yet.....so I would say he is better than Jesse at this point.

Jesse Tetuan--crapty player (also from Topeka, and no 4th down conversions), with some Hall of Fame coaching

Tysyn Hartman--crapty player, with fracking Ron Prince coaching...

yea, Tysyn sucked something awful last year, but wait and see how crapty he is this year after some actual coaching.

Nothing says BCS conference D1 football like a walk-on RB from Bugtussle Mississippi Junior College.

Now . . . what were Dee Brown's 100 times again back in high school . . . and as far as the rest of our recruits go, I won't say a word until I see their hang clean numbers and 400 meter times from track.   Because nothing says great football player like hang clean numbers and 400 meter time.

I fully recognize the retardedness of the source.

But seriously, "Remember Keithen Valentine?  You know, the former walk-on tailback Kansas State’s fans and former head coach Ron Prince by storm exactly one year ago”?

First, the only Kansas State fans that were “taken by storm” were a small group of morons that watched a spring scrimmage and were dumb enough to think they had just witnessed the second coming of Barry Sanders.

Secondly, yes we remember Keithen Valentine.  We remember him playing in two games against schools from a BCS conference last year, Louisville and Texas A&M, fumbling twice and running for all of 25 yards on 9 attempts before being benched for the rest of the year.

    IT'S DIVISION ONE FOOTBALL!!!
Snyder must feel comfortable with the new guys coming in at RB, given he's moving Lamark back to WR and Dold back to safety.  That, or the WR and safety positions are in even worse shape than running back.

    warm up the EMAW
kind of OT but Jesse Tetuan would be team capt./Jordy Nelson of the defense next year.

So yeah, he is pretty much like 10 bazillion times the S that Tysyn is.
