Do we ever get anything besides the underdog card? How can a HOF-bound coach not be considered one of the best?

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

STFU, he's 70 and hasn't coached in a couple years....and the last years that he coached, he sucked.  You really think he's a top coach?

The Hall of Fame Rivals top coach list CAN WAIT!

    Sniff Sniff. . . I smell Heisman.
Those coaches on the list have had good teams the last 5 years. Might be a possible list buster for OB.
csourk is the best pre-college poster on this board.  way better than oxlp956

Chris Ault from Nevada is not a better coach then Snyder and frankly in my opinion neither is Kirk Ferentz who came off the same freakin tree.

Get real! Based on his last two years in coaching, and the fact that he's been out of coaching altogether for 3 years, did you really expect him to be ranked anywhere by anybody? It's a "What have you done for me lately?" business! Quit worrying about such things and just support the team! Sheesh, people. :ksu:

I have no problem with OBz not being on this list - but please note #18 and #19. One deserves to be on it and one doesn't.

18. Gary Patterson, tcu. He's a defensive mastermind whose program is every bit as good as most in the Big 12. HA, just ask Stoopsie.

19. Mark Mangino, Kansas. He has done the impossible, making Jayhawks football a nationally respected program.  Nationally respected? What nation, the FCKING Haskell Indian Nation?

Dude, we may suck balls this year but yea, I do think he's probably one of the top 20 coaches in the game right now.  He's probably forgot more details about running a winning D1 program than alot of coaches have ever known.  Go ahead and give this a nice  :powertard: but I think 6-7 wins is totally doable and would not be surprised if our Defense keeps us in every game (well, maybe save OU on Haloween)  :ohno:
