you just have to laugh at them.
I don't care who gets it either way....but I feel the lawsuit won't make it very far in federal court. Their argument is not based on statistical data which proves that the NBAF facility would be cheaper to run and would produce more cutting edge research in Texas rather than in Manhattan. Their lawsuit is based on the concept that our politicians had an "in" with the NBAF. You can't prove or disprove that is part of the selection process.
if they can find proof that Manhattan took steps, or had a part in any process or activity that was not allowed to the other site candidates in Texas, North Carolina, Pittsburgh...etc....then they have a case. Good luck Texas.
