All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
So did he say OU or K-State in the article?

Yeah sounds pretty confusing... if OU is his favorite then there is pretty much no way we land him...

    The very best.
Sounds like his father just died. Sad.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

The folks at kusports.com have said that ku is his favorite. They say he wants to stay in-state and his mom wants him to go to ku. I don't buy it though. It seems like most of them say they have "inside sources".

"I feel real good about all three: ECU, Kansas State, and Kentucky," said Cosh. "All three are special and they're all great schools."

"I have no favorites out of the three," Cosh said of Kansas State, ECU, and Kentucky. "I am going to commit next week."

Agreed, I could have swore knowing Rivals they would have made him a 2*

Had Prince signed him, dude was probably a 1*.  Guess they still value OB's opinion.

Some things change, some things will always remain 100% the same.

Good to see Bill still can't recruit a high school defensive end to save his life.

 :hahano:

Quote
"Schools continue to contact me, but I'm still solid on my verbal," Herring said on Tuesday. "They know I'm still strong on my verbal to Kansas State."

Herring is listed at 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds -- he says he has grown to 6-foot-3 A½ and 245 -- with no planned official visits in his future. He plans to talk to his parents about that topic down the road. But Herring left the three-day K-State camp in mid June holding tight to the same belief that caused him to commit to the Wildcats just a few months ago.

"Everybody there is like family," said Herring, who will participate in no other camps this summer. "It's like a family away from your actual family. It's like you have a home away from home and they're going to take care of you. It felt like home. It was the coaches and the players. A lot of things impressed me."

Wisconsin is just a better school academically, athletically and socially.

 :kstatriot:

Socially? LOL! That means 1/3rd of this kid's recruiting is about what school he will have the most friends...

I don't think we want that. I just want a kid who is all about football 24/7.

Actually, I agree with him on each of these items.  I'd put Wisconsin above every school in the North, and probably only behind Texas in the South in each of the listed categories.

No doubt Bielma and Dorean negative recruited the hell out of K-State . . . but nobody says you can't.

Nice job Bill, way to lock'em down.
