the robinson commit has literally been the most exciting news the past 4 months.  :sleep:
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

What's absolutely unreal is how many people expected good things to come out of this Snyder thing, period.

Guess I don't quite know what you were expecting at this point?  I mean, I guess he could have signed some recruits who Prince hadn't yet alienated (by trying to make them growl), but other than that...?  At this point in the Prince tenures, we were learning about all the genius special team drills Prince had the team doing (Kicking nerf balls).

I don't know, I guess if you're complaining about Snyder, it should have been done during recruiting/signing period, or in  4 or 5 months, when we're down 3 touchdowns in LA.  Complaining now is just kind of wtf.

d00dz, I'm tellin ya.  Everyone is in on this.  The team is running the school and being very MCMWish.  RCPD is glad to have Snyd's back so they took a page from the LPD mission statement.  When you let football players act like children, 12 win seasons aren't far behind.

RCPD =  :kstatriot:

dude, the guy is getting paid 1.8 million. part of his job is to excite his fanbase.

that 2009 recruiting class was horrible. the amount of attrition (from dece players) has been horrible. his coaching staff was a worst nightmare group.

it's just been bad. there is no excitement now. i won't be complaining when we are down 3 tds, because i know we'll be down 3 tds.

Fatty - When has Snyder ever been exciting?  The man is less exciting than Ben Stein.  I mean, the man's favorite movie is Pinocchio.  You can't tell me you're surprised that a Bill Snyder off-season is boring.

Fatty - When has Snyder ever been exciting?

when he was winning 10 games a year over an 11 year stretch. the guy could have done anything retarded (and he did) and none of us cared.

he doesn't have that anymore.

point being, we're going to suck really hard this year and there is no looking up.  It's not like we have momentum from a dece class or staff.  There is NOTHING to look forward to the next 2 years of KSU football.

FAIL, from 1989 to Snyders last year he had 6, 11 win season's. 1995 he went 10-2. Google is a wonderful thing you should try it some time Fatty. A true example of a K-state fan, spouting off w/o knowing the fact's....Typical Fatty :banghead:

if the program hadn't been abandoned 3 and half years ago maybe we could have been getting all the top kansas products during the best period of prospect development the state had ever experienced  :shy:

the offseason sucks and this thread is why.

Undoing the damage that Ron Prince inflicted will take time.

The vast majority do, but there's generally 2 or 3 that are pretty damn good every year.  Unfortunately, most of them leave the state for college.
