He'll decommit by midway through the regular season.

It really pisses you off when Snyder does something right, doesn't it?  At least be a man (or in your case, a late teen) and admit this is a good pick up.

I didn't say he wasn't a good pick up. I just said that he's going to decommit.

I seriously doubt it.  He's a NW kid, from a Weston Schartz coached team.  It would actually surprise me if be backed out on his word.

Chris Harper was too. But CH decommited because of RP and JF. At the end of the day a verbal doesn't mean a whole lot. It looks good though.
:bitchslap: . Dude we are suppose to bitch and moan when things aren't going our way...I'm all for that. But you are not a fan if you still have something negative to say even when something good happens. Why would you cause yourself so much stress?
Where is your  :kstatriot:?

It's a good pick up. But at this point it honestly doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot. This guy does look like a decent player though.

have some  :kstatriot: fat ass

That's 3 commits from players whose recruiting list isn't Pittsburg State, James Madison, Arkansas State, and DII.

I don't think Ron Prince ever had 3 commits in a row, where the kids recruiting list were pretty much all Big 10 and Big 12 teams.

No . . . but they had legit interest from both Big 12 and Big 10 schools.  It's still pretty freaking early, this isn't Texas.

Harper was also a Butler kid.  Those kids tend to take his word over that of their coaches.

Hoping that the next few guys come from out of state. It makes sense that our earlier commitments would be instate guys though.

Very solid.  Good to be able to land what looks like perhaps the next Hickson or Lawrence without having to go to FL to do it.  Granted, we need those studs from outside the state, but its always good to get the better KS players and no reason to believe that Robinson won't be one of the Top 10, if not Top 5, players in the state next year.

Might as well lock up the actual K-State fans from the state while they're available, provided they're actually worth a damn.

In general this board is horrible at talent comparisons.

Admittedly, we don't have a full arsenal of track stat yet, javelin, long jump, etc. but at this point going off height and running back position alone we're probable doing ourselves a disservice by not comparing him to Sproles or LaDanian Tomlinson.

It's probably also safe to say "in four years we'll all look back and realize the best running back that came out of Wichita wasn't Bryce Brown".

So in a couple of weeks, the check mark in the offer column will be gone from next to ku's name?

So that thing that says solid verbal kansas state next to his name is the same as a soft verbal?
