Forget the roid rage brainiac or the rapist behind the wheel because I'm sure in the end what will happen is that neither party will press charges against the other.  It's just roid raged boys and rapists boys being roid rage boys and rapists boys, so I'm fine with that....but seriously, unarrested?  wtf is "unarrested".  Like, seriously....isn't it "released"?  You either are or aren't arrested...you can't be unarrested.  JFC, just act like a real police department.

Yeah, 'Pad.  There are just tons of lawyers practicing Kansas law from out of state.  Oh, and those Washburn grads are always in such high demand....

What does that have to do with anything??

The Johnson County DA is a Washburn Law Grad (but I thought they weren't in demand),  the Shawnee County DA Graduate went to Law School in Chicago, the Sedgwick County DA went to Washburn Law (but, but I though they weren't in demand??),   the Wyandotte County DA graduated from Washburn Law (I thought they weren't in demand).

You go Bentard.

You just proved my point.  It's basically ku or Washburn for those that practice Kansas law.  District attorneys make dog sh*t compared to defense lawyers.  They're not in high demand... they work for the state government.  Did you honestly graduate from college?

unarrested?  wtf is "unarrested".

Reasled by the booking facility (Douglas County) into the custody of the arresting agency (kuPD) would have been more accurate, but it also would not have fit into the little box.
Welcome back, Bill.

Bentard . . . I never made any claims as to who was in more demand, nor have I said that district attorney's made a lot of money.

'Pad, you're the one making a big deal out of the fact that Lawrence's district attorney graduated from ku law school.  Stay on topic.  TIA.

Yeah, he got his  undergraduate degree from ku as well, which is a major difference maker . . . thus it explains a lot.

Wow.... so you're saying a guy who practices Kansas law went to school in Kansas?   Groundbreaking news.

No dumbass .  . .

Hutch Trash, ku undergrad (probably a Frat Rat), probably worshiped every athlete at ku, ku law, wife teaches in Lawrence schools (gets dirty and mean looks from kids, fellow teachers, administrators and parents if hubby prosecutes any ku athletes). . . . totally in the tank for the AD.

Hello . . . Hello . . .

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
This was just a tackling drill.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

It's pretty sad when the hottest topic on a K-State football board is about a couple 2nd-stringers from ku.

If Crawford "raped an underage girl," why was he only charged with misdemeanor assault?  Did someone put a gun to the DA's head and force him to let Crawford off the hook?  Are all judicial systems corrupt, or is it just when it involves a ku athlete?

No dude, you don't understand.  All he did was sexually assault the 15 year old girl.  Don't be such a prude bro.

Dude, you're like a gazillionaire, why don't you just throw a few mil at the DA and just make this all go away?  Aren't you an assistant manager?  Doesn't that entitle you to this type of power?

again, we've been through this.  Crawford is just a victim of bad luck, wrong place-wrong time, type of stuff.

qft.  i know when I was in HS (and even in college) is was weird how often I was in the wrong place when a woman I was on top of was accidentaly saying "no".  usually I just held her arms back and finished and then got out of that wrong place as quickly as possible.

I think we can all pretty much agree, and go with Captain Meltdown logic . . . Crawford is the victim here.
