Anxious to see what this staff can do with what they have.

C'mon....seriously?

What else am I supposed to do? 

I don't anticipate a new staff or new players coming in this summer.  I don't know how good it will be, but I do want to see what they do with this group. 

I just can't go the complete cynical route.

QFT.   I really don't think we'll be any good, but I'm still excited for the season to start.  Nothing better than college football, IMHO. 

Except college basketball.

I will tell you all this: sucky or non-sucky... these guys will be more ready than they were under trainwreckronprince. They will be the most in-shape non-talented squad in the country. What will that get us? An "A" for effort and a "J" for jackchit. At least we can still get drunk, NOBODY can take that from us boys!

One thing for sure . . . Pussy Snyder will make sure the non conference schedule is approximately 63% easier.

I mean come on . . . give us at least one decent non conference game OB, geez.

bs.  That was never his mo and I doubt it has changed.  The guy got his best players on the field whenever he could.

if anything is bill's saving grace it's that he would, above all else, play those talented players.  now if he could just land some of them.

I actually would have been more surprised if he had actually landed one of them.  Pretty hard to come in in the last few months of a several year long recruiting process and steal a dude away from the types of programs we were recruiting against.  (Auburn, Ole Miss, Ohio St, etc.  Losing Graham to Marshall did suck however.)  He wiffs again next year, then I'll worry.
