What is the collective orgasm over the non-conference with these dipsh1ts? Sure, if you're a mid-major you better have a great non-conference schedule but, motherfracker, teams evolve and get better throughout the season, especially young teams, and high-majors should be able to make up for it in conference.
It's becoming more and more apparent that it's all about the RPI/SOS aka "who you played in the non-conference," the two go hand in hand, forget the outcomes. I mean look at Notre Dame(16-13, 7-10). They are on the fracking bubble with that dogsh1t record. Even if you don't win against a tough schedule your RPI and SOS will be propped way up and that's what they ultimately look at to consider teams. That's also the only reason Oklahoma St. is considered in right now over A&M and KSU, never mind the fact they hadn't earned sh1t in the non-conference, they simply showed up. KSU didn't win either but our results are the same, one good win. Do they think KSU or any other bubble teams couldn't have shown up to Oklahoma State's schedule and lose?
The RPI system is schedule based and the non-conference is obviously weighted more than the conference schedule or last 12 when it should be the other way around..it's a joke.
