the Broncos pursued the trade because McDaniels wanted to be reunited with Cassel, who excelled under McDaniels last season as an injury replacement for Tom Brady.

I'd take Cutler over Cassel right now also, that's why I'm puzzled as to why McD would do this.
Just think it's stoopid to piss off a pro-bowl caliber QB like this.

This isn't even true, Cutler said he wants to stay in Denver.  Just a columnist creating a story.

QFT

quoted for douche.  Cutler is a bad ass, and I am pissed at J McD.  What a &@#%ing retard.  Trade a pro-bowler for a guy who made the best offense in the NFL look pedestrian?  YES!  I'm so excited!!!!!  &@#% HIM.  &@#% the owner for firing Shanahan.  I was giving the benefit of the doubt to McDaniels, now I know that he is so &@#%ing dumb it doesn't matter what he does.

chill dude.... cutler is a bad ass player, but a douche all at the same time, McD did do a stupid thing going after Cassel but its over and done w/. The Broncos are not going to trade Cutler so he will have two years to either grow up and get over it or two years of being uncomfortable until he can get out.

Jay Cutler-QB- Broncos    Mar. 1 - 8:50 am et

A source with knowledge of the situation tells Profootballtalk.com that Jay Cutler was at one point as good as "gone" during three-team trade talks that ultimately fell through Saturday.
It appears Josh McDaniels wanted Matt Cassel bad and either the Lions or Bucs were ready to fork over a first-round pick plus for Cutler. Cutler's agent, Bus Cook, says the Broncos "just told me that only inquiries were being made." "Jay Cutler is pissed, no doubt about it," Cook added. "I wouldn't blame him. Cutler is the best young quarterback in the entire league."

Alright let's not go off the deep end.

Maybe the Chiefs will flip Cassel to the donkeys now.

Knowing RL (jerkstore) its likely some story about John Elway, probably building a nude statue made of bronze of him outside the gates of 'mile high' stadium.  So all the loser donkey fans can s his d whenever the feel.

Jay Cutler has officially demanded a trade according to ESPN... evidently the meeting he has with the new head coach didn't go well on Cutler's standpoint...

LOL at Cutler thinking he's more important than he is.

Where did he get the idea he's anything but an average/ below average QB in the league?
