Looks like Denver is finally set to send him off...

Yep. Bad move on Cutler's part. Now he's missed out on $100k and will get sent to a perennial loser organization like Cleveland or Detroit for either draft picks or somebody who feels like winning championships. Brady Quinn will be laughing like a bastard all the way from the Cuyahoga to Colorado.

this is a meltdown... for realz... i just packed up and delivered my original HS Broncos (old D w/ horse through) starter jacket back home over spring break, still got the Elway reversable on hand..... i don't know if i should cry in them or just go on a mission (clearly you have nothing to do with sports/athletics then)

Not as big but when i was younger it was... I used to eat sleep breathe bronco orange and blue. now i don't know what to do.

this is = KSU if they would have said, naw Beas, we don't like your tatts ( or sumfin)  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

F ing idiots... oh well the Broncs will hit the cellar and the Chefs will rise, but if the Broncs will beat them at least once a year for braggin rights i hope, wait i'm not a broncs fan if they get rid of cut dog. not a chefs fan either... what fan should i be? gotta have some1 to cheer on during hungoversundays

I think the Broncos will end up the winners when all is said and done.

Building a franchise around an SEC QB these days is about as dumb as it gets.

Its looking like detroit is where he ends up, which means stafford.  There is also a possibility of trading down to get sanchez (which I hope doesnt happen) or freems.
Fritzler figured out who I was, I am no longer anonymous.

Its actually worse to draft a big 12 QB, I'll grant you that.

I'll give you the Mannings, but really they are quite the exception over the past 20 odd years or so.

Looks like we're stuck with Orton and a bag full of draft picks. I can't say I'm all that upset though. A steady, mediocre presence at QB is better than baby Jay. If he could have put a few ounces of leadership and calm-headedness with his talent, I would really be pissed about getting rid of him. Now it just means I have to modify my favorite Christmas ornament.

Why?  We'd probably win the same amount of games with both as QB.

Don't throw Orton under the bus until he actually plays a game, douche.  How does Elway's pee-pee taste?

He's played games. . .douche.  AND, I said we wouldn't be worse with Freeman, than with Simms, I in fact never said anything about Orton.  Even though I will now.  Orton sucks.  He is most likely better this year than Freeman would be, however; probably about the same skill level when they are at their respective bests.

Oh, and to your Elway question. . .I'd imagine it to taste like back to back superbowls.

It tastes like getting drunk on wine while hitting on kougarz at a bar in Cherry Creek and then getting thrown out. *7*

And I still defend his right to do that. How dare they. :-* :nono:

Wasn't it your now dead owner that "Coined" the term Superbowl because his daughters were playing with Superballs?  Don't mock the dead, it isn't nice.

When the dude died that's pretty much all they talked about.

Lamar Hunt
One of the founders of the AFL (or something)
Coined the term "Superbowl."
Died owning a horrible crapty team.

"Super Bowl (a name coined by Hunt, who took it in part from the then popular toy, the Super Ball[2])"
That's from his wikipedia.  You know it has to be true, because anybody can write anything on there.

. . .I didn't mock the guy.  Sorry, thought you were saying that you were unaware of the fact about the Superbowl fact.  Anyways, nowhere did I make fun of the guy, you did make fun of him, in a roundabout way.  In fact, I respect the guy, died before he had to watch the chiefs have a 2 win season, I would've done the same.

How did I make fun of him?  And what's the deal with your meltdown?  I'd figure after about 15 years of it, you'd stop getting so pissed after having to watch the Chiefs suck.

I have nothing to meltdown about

EDIT: I am sort of upset that I will no longer get to see Rivers vs. Cut-dawg 2x a year
