Montana State University is on the hunt for a new wide receivers coach.
Coach Johnathan Beasely is leaving MSU and heading home. He is going back to work for his alma mater, Kansas State, Athletics Director Peter Fields said, adding he does not know in what capacity Beasley is returning.
Sports Information Director for the Wildcats Kenny Lannou also said he couldn't comment officially on what position Beasely would be taking
Beasely, who joined the Cats in 2007, coaching the receivers, was a two-year starting quarterback at Kansas State under Bill Snyder who returned to the Wildcats coaching helm this year.
MSU Coach Rob Ash is on vacation and could not be reached for comment. There is no word yet on who will fill the void left at MSU.
