    The "other" KSU
3.The fact that no matter how much you want to love that he is back, you know that you really dread it. You adore the guy for what he brought to this program, but you hate the fact that the only reason he is here is that we cant get a younger coach who is full of piss and vinegar. Anyone who thinks the hiring of Bill Snyder isnt anything more than a band-aid for this glaring problem is a GD idiot who is out of touch with reality.

Because we could have had GP if it hadn't got Fitz'd. I mean you...

I am a little surprised that Krauss hasn't been hammered here more. He is the one that ultimately PE'd and blew his wad to Fitz who ran with it among other things. If Krauss hadn't harrased GP the day of the Utah game (Thursday) you would probably have him. If he could have waited until Friday to call his ass then... Who knows. Butterfly affect.

no excitement. i think i've heard him talk once since his initial presser. it's just so damn im-entertaining, you know?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Bill Snyder is a good coach, great coach.  One thing you have to remember though is when he went on his run with KSU both ku and MU never really put an emphasis towards their football programs.  ku now has in the top half of athletic budgets in the Big 12 and growing to go along with a new football complex who many outsiders have said is one of the best football complex's in the country, better than many elite programs.  MU is putting more of an emphasis into their football program too.  This will hurt KSU more than you think.  KSU now has to recruit against NU,MU and ku and will not have as much success as they had in the 90's.  And dont forget about Colorado, playing for them is more appealing than playing for KSU.

:powertard:  I think we have a canidate for the most worthless, uninformed post of the year. :powertard:

Wrong.  Have you seen ku's new facility?  It looks pretty sweet on the outside, and I'm sure it's even better on the inside.  Go ahead, tell him/me why he's wrong.
I'd much rather have a 69 year old coach than one that weighs 400+ pounds.
