    Wait...what?
BLAST FROM THE PAST ROYALS BOYS IN BLUE HISTORY QUESTION OF INTEREST:  You d00ds 'member Steve Balboni?  Pretty awesome name.

"Bye Bye" Balboni.

Some people forget he hit the single in game 6 before Dane Iorg's game winning hit to bring home Sundberg.

My bro and I used to run down the aisle at Royals' Stadium when we were little and he came up to bat and yell "Hit it bye-bye, Balboni!"   :ugh:

I played softball against Seitzer once.  I played third base.  Yeah, I played third base against a fracking major-league all-star/hitting coach.  Every ball he hit was straight at me, about 100 mph.  I think I got a glove on one.   :ohno:

I have a foul ball thrown by Greinke.    :dancin:

Can't wait to try out the new fountain seats.  Hoping for lots of college gals in swimsuit tops out there come July and August.

    I may be full of sh*t, but i won't be de-turd.
Grienke was a little off in the game last night from what i watched. Couldn't keep his fastball down. Hopefully it was just last night....

Yeah, the announcers pointed out that since this was a preseason game, he was pitching differently then he normally would. They said if it was the regular season, he wouldn't of kept throwing his fastball like he did. He woulda found a different pitch to work for him. But he wanted to try and figure out the problem with the fastball. Take that as you will from Paul Splittorf...

This thread is hilarious. Didn't know there were still so many Royals fans left out there. Kind of sad, really.
"Unless you're a ku fan you don't want to watch a game at the fieldhouse. You'll never see more home cooking in your life. The last game I watched there Larry got the boot and I didn't blame him a bit. Only ball game I've ever walked out on in my life, besides, the facility is a piece of ****."

Royals play on FSN at 8 tonight if anybody cares. Might have it on in the background why I'm getting my dose of Wyattvision.

A couple years ago they asked him to work on his fastball during a spring game.  He then proceeded to throw over 30 fast balls in a row.

This is the kind of outing that completely f^cks Zac in the head.  Someone should be checking all non-stops from MCI to Florida in the coming days.

True...I don't want him to have anymore meltdowns. Something is screwy in his head

When I was a kid growing up in the projects, I used to dream of going into space, of escaping the slums, of killing an Ewok!

nope, but will be surrounded by super elite AA employees during the game. will attempt to grill them for secret insider information.
