What a great game tonight!!!   Lots of purple at Reckling tonight.  

at the beginning of the 9th I stood up (amongst the Rice fans) and asked another EMAW (loudly) if we should get our tickets for tomorrow night's game.  Almost had to eat them words.  

Sat with two Xavier players that were cheering for State.  They said they wanted to play Rice because they thought they could at least have a chance against them.  Did not want to face us again.

cause we'd be playin LSU and they are higher seeded?  odd system but i guess ncaa wants to avoid travel expenses.  would be nice if we got at least one home game or something.

LSU is a national seed (I believe #2), Rice gets to host a regional but they are not a national seed. National seeds gets to host the Super Regional. There are 16 teams that host a regional & only 8 national seeds.

I don't know, LSU was the away team also, but Rice was the home team today. I don't know about that rule. Maybe national seeds are the away team for the second game?

I just scanned 49 pages of this baseball thread.  This amazing thread spanned the entire baseball season & Dax's only contributions were:
1) preseason predictions of us pissing down our leg
2) showed up after big losses to comment about us pissing down our leg
3) would chim in every so often to engage in witty anti-ku banter

Throughout the entire 49 page thread during the greatest baseball season in K-State history, there was not one EMAW post from Dax.

I just have one question.  Is Dax the biggest deuche of all time?
