The Cats look good this year. Biery, Muenster, and Jurica should be big contributors.

If they start playing with the confidence that they did during the tourney. Watch out Big XII. :ksu:
He's not the fastest guy in the BIG XII he's the fastest guy in the country.

Yes Baseball we've got to get it going. Brad Hill has done an okay job. But this could be the year when we make the tourney.(NCAA)

I was pretty jacked last year when we had the chance to win the b12 tourney and they had those ridiculously good internet feeds of the games.  Great fancam moments.

we should really consider giving up baseball and using those monies for coaching salaries in football and men's basketball.

    Skate on Sister School
We will do well in non-con.
Hill will let them get smoked in the early/middle conference because of tons of errors and unearned runs coupled with awful plate discipline
Will turn it around late season and make a run
eliminated from Big XII
no NCAA

It is the song that remains the same.

Not sure I understand the anti-baseball clamor. You'd think people would get tired of being known as a women's bball school...embarassing.

I'd much rather have a 69 year old coach than one that weighs 400+ pounds.

Have you ever talked to a baseball player? Most likely he's a huge douche. Baseball players need to realize you can only be d-bag if people care about your sport.

I've said it before, I'll say it again.  Not other athletic program has been given so much at K-State over the last 5 years than Baseball.  They have new everything.   Hell they just got their dressing room remodeled and the damn thing wasn't but 3 or 4 years old.   They just got all new leather furniture and new flat screens in the players lounge.  They have their own weightroom, the Brandenbery Indoor facility has been totally remodeled inside from top to bottom.

Oh I know, people come along, "But Dax at Texas they just got new gold platted toilets in their baseball clubhouse, or WSU has more seats and a videoboard, and Nebraska has a heated field that stays green all year long."   All true, but Oregon State just got their baseball stadium remodeled and they won 2 national titles prior, other much more successful schools would kill for facilities like KSU has.

It would be damn nice if you know . . . K-State baseball, you know, actually did something for a change . . . just once.

Plus I agree . . . many college baseball players are huge douches, but K-State seems to draw a major proportion of douches to its program, it's been that way for years.

WTF thats the problem why we've haven't gone above the peak. Because its fans like you that could care less. You know the baseball team before the Brad Hill era was just like the football program before the LSnyder era. People wondered the same thing for football. Its hard to get recruits to Manhattan especially kids from Texas California Florida etc. So take that into consideration.
