Because it's Darren Sproles.  Kolby Smith are you serious?

I don't understand the LT hate. The guy has been hurt all year and never says a word about it and never makes excuses. I LOVE Sproles, but I am still not sure if he is an every down back in the NFL, and I have seen every game he has played.

Sproles is a free agent next year, and I hope the Chargers pay him what he deserves to stay.

Do you watch the NFL? No team uses one back exclusively anymore. Darren is just not a power back so he wouldn't fit with a team that relies heavily on the power run game.

I would pretty much hate to see Sprolesy get stuck with the mess in KC.

NFL.com Sproles only highlights from the Denver game.

The Chiefs would be scary smart to pick up DS.  They need something to energize the fanbase.  What else but a local kid to do the re-energizing.  I'm not saying it would be best for DS.  But as a Chefs fan, I would love the opportunity to watch him every week again.

    Hey, basketball!!!
LT may miss the playoff game next weekend due to injury.

Here's to Sproles stepping in & having another great playoff game in Indianapolis.

OK, I guess that's why I said he may not be an every down back. LT is an every down back, I don't know if Sproles is. If a team picks him up and is expecting him to be the #1 guy, it may not work in his favor, and it may be best if he stays in San Diego where they know how to use him.

 :jerkoff:

That is BS, he has used that "injury" excuse all year long. Every announcer has said LT is playing the game not at full 100% health ( :jerkoff:). LT is over the hill, he is not what he once was, so now he uses the injury bug excuse. So if LT sucks next week it won't be because he is past his prime, it is because he is "injured".

OK, I guess that's why I said he may not be an every down back. LT is an every down back(except 3 and medium to long in which DS plays that position due to his ability to catch the ball and make people miss in the open field). I don't know if Sproles is. If a team picks him up and is expecting him to be the #1 guy, it may not work in his favor, and it may be best if he stays in San Diego where they know how to use him.

DS does not always come in on those plays. LT had 52 catches for 426 yds this year.

Wow, 3rd best all-purpose game in the playoffs ever.  Way to go, DS!

Wonder how LT feels knowing that he isn't needed anymore?  LOLzers.
