Luckily there was no one in the stadium to see it. There were probably more people at the K-state game thursday night than in Arrowhead this afternoon.

All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
You know I thought Herm Edwards was taking this team in the right direction here towards the end of the year but I blame this loss (and some other ones lately) on him and him only... he had several chances in the game to put it away and he chose to play it safe. He always says you play to win the game. Well today he just played to lose it. I really think his job is now in major jeopardy if it wasn't already.

Anyone notice a similarity to a certain team.  Can't run the ball at all.   Mediocre d for most of the year.

Well the Chiefs defense can stop them once in awhile. Unlike the Prince defenses.

no similarity. Chiefs don't allow 50 points a game, or in a half for that matter

I was there.  :crybaby: Everyone left at the end of the 3rd quarter (though it was nowhere near capacity).

The Chiefs are dead last in every Defensive category but points allowed.

That is due to their unexplainable ability to get takeaways at important times

As for Herm losing this game, that could be argued, but if you take a fair look at the situation, Herm punting when the Chiefs POS offensive line couldn't get 1 yard was the smart thing to do.

Also not his fault the kicker missed 2 kicks, Dwayne Bowe drops the onside, or that Thigpen will throw the ball to Gonzalez no matter how many people are covering him. (I guess he is the coach, so it kind of is his fault to teach the players not to do these things :dunno:)

Saw that.... The upperdeck was probably 10% full with 5 min left in the game.  The lowerdeck probably 50%.

It's obvious that catching the Lions for the number 1 pick will be impossible.  Right now, the only contention is the Bengals. at 2-11-1 and the Rams.

St Louis is home vs SF and at ATL, so probably 2 losses.
Cincy is at Cleveland and home vs KC
KC has Miami in the 'head then at Cincy.

I don't know who has the tie-breaker btwn STL and KC, but the Chiefs' Super Bowl is obvious in Cincy.  It might be the most important game of Week 17!

The funny thing is, I want the Chiefs to get the best possible draft pick, but it still pisses me off when they lose.

I just love the Chiefs too much  :frown:

The Lions are the worst, no question.

Do you honestly think the Chiefs, with some young developing talent that is just outmatched right now is actually worse than the Bengals with all those studs and no wins to show for it?  Get real.  The Chiefs are only the 3rd worst team in the league.  Even then, the Rams are still close.

Now if you want to say Missouri, worst professional sports state, then I'd completely agree with you.
