You can't be racist and like basketball.
Notting Hill?  Or is that not gay enough?

August Rush was kind of brutal.

    ANGRY AS F*CK
The only part of August Rush that I enjoyed was that some of the music was by Michael Hedges (who is pretty much a god.  and from the city I currently live in)

Yes.  Very similar to Notting Hill (same producers I think and Hugh grant and everything.)  Love the music scene w/ the little black girl.

    Hey, basketball!!!

I thought this was a pretty good movie.

But who's with me on another one:

Mean Girls, I know this is a chick flick, but almost every guy I talk to likes this. Very funny & entertaining flick.

You picked a drama and an animated movie? Cop out, brah. Both of those movies were reviewed ridiculously well, too. Although, A Time To Kill is pretty bad and will only ever be a To Kill A Mockingbird wannabe.

My answer:

For whatever reason, I could watch that movie a million times and never get tired of it. It's one of my guilty pleasures, up there with Limp Bizkit and Long John Silvers. Both of which give me fits of nausea and diarrhea.

Edited to add that I love Mean Girls and actually own it. Not even the least bit embarrassed about it.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
