    The very best.
gets ugly. cats can't hit 3's, gillespie runs it up.

uk 72, KSU 36.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I think we are able to force the tempo a li'l bit, and the allure of playing Huggins if WV wins, or showing Huggins up by winning if WV loses will be more than enough motivation.

lots of possessions is my prediction.  winning team scores 85+.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

KSU- 89

uk-82

We win because of the sexiness of our jersey's, also because uk's jersey's are brutal.

    Hey, basketball!!!
uk - 76
KSU - 64

I say Kentucky comes out on fire, kind of like Wisky vs. us in last year's NCAA tournament. :blindfold:

We outplayed Wisconsin the first 3-4 minutes. I remember when Beasley drew their White Giants out to the perimeter and just drove past them two plays in a row. I thought to myself "Helloooo Sweet 16." :frown:

We outplayed Wisconsin the first 3-4 minutes.

And then with around 15 left in the first half Wisky started making EVERY contested three pointer.

That Taylor kid. :curse:

I do believe we are better than Virginia Military, so we win by at least 10 points. Rematch from 1976 NIT at the Garden. KSU wins this time:

    Oddball Kill
This is one of those typical games where we all think we have a real shot but then end up totally laying an egg and look like we don't know WTF basketball is.  This has only been reinforced by Kentucky's WTF loss to VMI (seriously, VMI.....WTF???).  Patrick Patterson will stomp a mud hole into Colon, Anderson, Kent, and whomever else we decide to stick on him.  Couple that with the predictable can't hit a three point shot to save our lives and no inside game to speak of, and you get the following result:

KY - 86
KSU - 62
