I blame the coaching staff for failing to polish his raw talent.  Player development isn't exactly this group's strong point.

I give credit to him though, not the coaches. coaches can only do so much, a player makes himself.

It would help to have a roster filled w/nfl hopefuls. They have actual motivation to work their asses off.

QFT, I was all when I saw that throw. Not half, and maybe more than that, of the QBs in the NFL could not come close to launching it like that while moving to their off hand side.
