Who cares? O-Line sucks, defense sucks, Pepp will probably shatter his spine in his first 4 weeks on the job.

I wish that Bishop could have played in KC.  He is much better than the crap they have right now.

Doesn't he have like 55% completion percentage in the CFL?

Not exactly stellar

All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
Yes the news is true he meets with the organization tomorrow for a physical and discussions of a MULTI-YEAR deal. Would it be smart for sign him up for several years? I would say no from his recent past but hey you never know with this guy maybe he is due

Assuming KC eventually drafts a QB for the future, it will take a few years for him to develop, and they need someone during that time

What's your source? Last time I checked the only team talking to Culpepper was the Chiefs.

Thats what I thought too, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if Carl offered him nothing more than a Charms blow pop and a reach around.

Yeah I just saw that. I can't believe that. I guess Culpepper realizes that the Chiefs are planning on drafting a franchise QB and will have no need for him after next season... That's all I can believe right now.

Somewhat frustrating but not really surprising.  Can't really blame him.  Best of luck DC!

It sounds like the reason why KC slowed down the pursuit of Culpepper is because they are going to give the spread offense a try. They ran it in the Jets game and had much better success than the Pro-style offense. Maybe the spread is what Thigpen needed. This is from the KC star this morning so I am not just guessing here.
