In regards to the first, let's remember that OJ Simpson was found not to be guilty.   A criminal verdict requires a very high standard of evidence. When you have two people involved in an elevator, it is pretty difficult to prove much.

Let's see how the civil trial plays out.

Feels Pretty good to know that your program has reached such a level of excellence and success that government agencies, entire school districts and other outside agencies/persons will go the distance to make sure it stays that way.  :beerchug:

What do you mean, according to the squawks K-State essentially took over the entire law enforcement process in Arizona.
