I am considering two options:
1. Open a new site which is low-cost, low overhead, but retains the same board format, and features. I would have full control, but I would keep the current admins on staff. I wouldn't change much, except perhaps promote more sexual innuendos on the board rather than restricting them, and loosening word filters.

2. Run a "Save our Site telethon" to keep KSUFANS.COM, and buy the site. It would belong to the community, and not a single person. We would keep the current database and feature set, and run a review on current board policies with the community (polls and such), and see how we can change for the better. This, IMO, is the more viable option, but I can understand if people would not want to pony up any cash for such an unsure investment. The investment per person would be low (around $10), but it would be a once a year deal, and not a monthly fee.
Just posting my thoughts...i'm pretty passionate about this site, and do not want to lose it.
