Gilbert and Colon

Is there anyway Martin can cut his losses here? If we do sign McDonald and with Samuels, what's the point of Gilbert? Colon should transfer to Washburn.

the point of gilbert is that his scholarship expires in ´09.  giving that to someone whose 'ship wouldn't expire in '09 would be retarded.

We need to get rid of Colon. Tell him he won't play or something. The roster needs to be filled with talented players g-damnit.

No, their our burdens.  But Gilbert could be solid with a year's experience, not likely, but Colon is always good for a bruiser if we need someone banged up a bit.  Dumping Colon wouldn't bother me, except it might look bad.  I want update threads on Yearby at IPFW and Bennett and Jacksonville.  Maybe Colon could give us some good update threads from Prairie View in a year.
