BBIQ- Basketball IQ.  L=Low H=High.  When any fanbase "boos", they were pointed to and as a LBBIQ fan by the phoggies.  It was first used in referenced in a ku vs ISU game.  The ISU fans were booing (like fans do) and the p-hogs went ape crape about it.
UNTIL... it was pointed out over and over that ku fans boo as much or more than any group of fans.  "But ku fans only boo to encourage the refs to do better" was the retort.  It's been a running joke ever since.
