... IF ku is the championship caliber team that us phlocksters think they are, then bring it on.
"Title Dropping" - Very common tactic used by overzealous ku fans on message boards everywhere. Despite the fact that it has been 20 years since Kansas University's last national basketball title, phrases like "National Champs", "NCAA Champs", "Championship Caliber" etc., are thrown around very loosely. It is yet to be determined if this is delusion on the part of ku basketball fans or an intentional ploy of misinformation.
Start winning titles before you start "Title Dropping"
If you don't think ku has a legit chance to win the title this year (along with 5-6 other schools), you're an idiot.
Nah you are the idiot if you think only 7 teams have a shot at the title. How long have you watched college basketball? Does the term "March Madness" mean anything to you. When the Larry Brown purchased the title 20 years ago did he have one of the best 7 teams in the country going into the tourney?
Feel free to change history as your asinine arguments see fit. Loser!
You're right, ku won as a 6 seed. You got me.
More years than not the champion is a 1 or 2 seed. Check your facts Jethro.
'90, '91, '92, '93, '94, '95, '96, '98, '99, '00, '01, '02, '04, '05, '07.
'89, '97, '03 and '06 are the only years since '88 that the champ hasn't been a 1 or 2 seed. 3 - 3 seeds and a 4 seed.
So my general prediction that this year's champ will be a 1 or a 2 seed is wwwaaaayyyyy off-based

But I forgot, you didn't follow basketball after KSU lost to ku in the regional finals until this year. I'm glad I brought you back up to speed.
