Wait, am I confused or are you? I remember you saying we'd need permission for KSUfans, but you don't have rights to OOD, do you? So technically if people were so inclined, and or asked fan for permission they could make OOD shirts. BTW I sprayed KSUfans onto one of the OOD signs in case you've seen it, hope that's okay. I figured it was because a couple of admins said to put it on there or I'd die.
And just to make this relevant to the thread. MJ is evil and owes us all free crap!

If you are going to use KSUFANS, KSUFANS.COM for a business transaction, for making money, then you need to ask me permission. You used it on a sign and that's actually a very good idea and I approve of that because it's advertising for the site. However, if you're going to use KSUFANS, then I expect to get some kind of royalty, if anything to help with the site.
I still owe you for the free stuff I promised. There is a situation with the company I used to make the coolers and that hasn't been resolved and most likely will go legal very soon. I've said nothing because this has been such a headache and a pain in my ass. Suffice it to say, there are hundreds of dollars tied up in this, and still no coolers. I'm using the revenue from the ads being generated to get another vendor lined up to get this done. So don't hesitate to visit our sponsors to help move this along.
I feel bad that this has taken so long, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel on this. I've lost a lot more money since the July 1st relaunch, a lot of it because things didn't work out. I have bigger plans, but for now, I've decided to go slower and do things more deliberately.
