just curious because I watched our offense in person that evening and it looked the best it did all year despite Mastrud putting it on the turf over and over.  The calls were good...we ran when we needed to....then, the following week against Baylor we looked like poop and pretty much the rest of the year.

Was Franklin a Ron Hudson that needed to go? Hmm. I say yes.

This isnt' a thread about defense so don't go there.

Please tell me how you knew Chris Harper would decommit.

lucky. simple as that. but I will say I was skeptical of Chris Harper wanting to play for Kstate rather than coming here just for a single coach. Not many ever believe that sort of thing goes on but it does all the time.

When he committed last week I was dead wrong. This week I'm a genius. so who knows?

OSU's defense gave up an avg of 33ppg in conference...a lot of teams had good games against them.

In fact, in 8 conf games, 5 teams scored 38 or more points against them.  And they gave up 35 or more points 7/12 games this past season.

that's 6 ppg above that average, and we were even better than 39 points that day. F-ing tight ends.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Didn't J-Mart say that Franklin was at the OSU game and called the plays   He could just be lying out of his insane hatred of all that is RP though.

According to phogtard.net, the entire coaching staff went to Franklin's dads funeral, but Prince pulled Franklin aside and told him he was going to be at the OSU game and handed him a playbook.  He then "forced" Franklin to fly back to Stillwater on the KSU jet, and Prince also "forced" Franklin's wife and daughter to wait while the Jet was refueled to fly back to Manhattan (shocking).   I'll give you all 3 guesses as to who is laying claim to this story.

Also, in some incredible twist of phogtard logic, DocStalkSmith is demanding that Keitzman come out and claim my buddy Tim is a liar (because Keitzman went after Perkins) on all this stuff.  Even though in usual fashion, we haven't heard anything at all from Weiser on any of this.  But when it comes to carrying grudges, that little covey of hens leads the pack.

I wonder why they went to his dad's funeral.  Didn't his mom die?

I think there is some truth to the playbook story.  Don't know about the rest.

Okie St had about the 117th ranked pass defense for the NCAA at that time.

I still want my cooler, bitches!
