Should I get College football 08 or College Basketball 08?

Thinking of getting College football 07 for 360 or Xbox original (OLD GAMES WORK!!!) because soooooo much cheaper.

Right now only have FIFA 08 because I thought it was the cheapest/best long-term buy.  Def. getting either football or b-ball 08 and then the other older at a minimum.

Get NCAA Football 08 (got it at midnight) and College Hoops 2k8 (got it release day) you won't be disappointed.

I got the 3RRoD a couple weeks ago.  I used "the towel trick" and got it working again for about a week then another round of 3RRoD.  I started a service/repair order when it originally went down so I had the box to send it back in.  I shipped it out on Saturday morning. 

I was playing about 10 hours of COD 4 online per week.  I am in severe withdrawal.

fwiw... go with football '08. Basketball is fun but you get tired of it quickly. If you do go with basketball then get 2K8, not March Madness.

I've just heard that 2K8 is better. I haven't played March Madness but 2K8 was very enjoyable. I'm told Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty 4 are both fun as well. Does March Madness have the new unis?

CoD4 is great single player but short.  Incredible multiplayer if you have Xbox Live.
Rock Band is great but hard to find and expensive $170 but comes with drums, guitar, and microphone.
Bioshock is fun and pretty cool, single player only.  Weird theme that kougs would like.

I'm not really into sports games that much but played Fifa 08 and it was fun but really hard.

War games are fun but there's nothing to do once you've beat them. Halo was meh IMO. Grand theft autos were where it was all at.

the thing about cod4 is that you play online so you really never finish it, same with halo 3, i just prefer cod4 to halo 3.

the new grand theft auto comes out in the fall, looks elite.
