I'm glad for the change, especially on offense.  Hopefully the offense can be two-dimensional now.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

You're fooling yourself if you think that Snyder's recruiting classes are anything to brag about.  Besides, his highest rated recruits were never his best players.  Never.

His Classes pre-2002 were very good. The ones w/Stoops and Venebales were excellent.

Here's a new flash Fatty ... Stoops and Venables have been gone for a long time.  There a reason why KSU's starting DE's were 6-2 240 pound walkons.

LOL @ Joe Hall

Quote
Joe Hall Palomar CC, CA. A 6-3, 275, RB. Wow! Says it's down to KSU, UNLV and Utah. Will visit Hawaii this weekend. He said he's not interested in Hawaii. But wouldn't you take the trip. I know I would.

Sniffles

Who is KSU going to get at QB? It looks like Brandon Everage is leaning to KSU. The National Recruiting Advisor is reporting that. I've heard he's such a good athlete he might play DB. I'm a gambling man so I bet Ell Roberson will end up in Manhattan.

ansas State: The bar has been raised in Manhattan. Kansas State can now get into the living rooms of national blue-chip recruits. Being number one in a poll never hurts. Right now there are a lot players who say all they need to do is get an offer from KSU and they are going. There are many players in the MO-KAN who KSU is recruiting, but they have set their sights on several players from outside the area. Their biggest targets from Kansas are two players in Wichita and they are hitting Blue Springs hard. Very few staffs work harder than KSU's. I still haven't been able to get a solid beat on what area KSU is targeting because they are all over the country. We will rely on some soucres from outside the area to keep us informed on KSU. We have talked with over 75 recruits in the last month and the perception of KSU's program is at an all-time high.

Yep .... nobody else besides KSU has even heard of, recruited or even offered one guy KSU has committed.

Mangino and assistant and Hawkins and assistant made in school visits to Justin Woods simply because they wanted to tour the school.

Indiana, Missouri, UTEP and Michigan State offered Sonnier because they had never heard of him.

Nebraska, Missouri, ku and others offered LaMark Brown because they had never heard of him.

Why are you crying over a recruit that doesn't have many offers from Top 25 teams?

That just means we can open up for a better recruit.

This class totally blows.  If Lamark Brown doesn't commit, who will the big name recruit from this class?  There won't be one, and even having Brown as the top recruit in a class sucks.
