    The very best.
The ku fans here seem to think that they have the better team because they beat us.  Any KSU fans here think we're better than Texas?

ku isn't the better team because they beat K-State; yesterday's game was just a piece of evidence to support that assertion.  ku is the better team for a multitude of reasons, but the biggest is probably line play on both sides of the ball.  ku is just better in the trenches, and that's a hell of a place to start.

ku was better in the trenches last year, and still only won 2 big 12 games outside of KSU

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Absolutely correct, but it's not the only reason I think ku has the better team.  It's just the most important.

So did Ksu lose because the just happened to bring thier D game or did ku have anything to do with them playing poorly?

Missed tackles and stupid penalties didn't have anything to do with ku. Everything else might have.

I'm a ku fan and I think KSU is better than Texas.  I know ku is better than KSU.  It was clearly evident to me and to your coach.

Let's pass out some objective grades here since everyone is doing it:
ku:
Offense: A plus. Got so lucky on those broken tackles and those TD passes.
Defense: A plus. Those INTs were gifts. Lucky gifts.
Skill: F. ku just doesn't have a football program. Everyone knows that.

KSU:
Offense: D-. We saw what we did to Texas last week. Whopping 272 yards on offense...We barely got more yardage this week gainst them Sqwawks. Jordy Nelson keeps this from F.
Defense: F. Big time. Just didn't have the heart. 9 out of 10 times the midget is intercepted on those dinky weak passes he throws.
Skill: A plus. Freeman owns Reeses Pieces. Our running game just needs to get hot again.

ku just barely got by after we had our worst game ever. FLukE anyone??? :yuck: :curse: :curse:

ku's "A" game includes throwing three interceptions.  That's the point.  That's the best they can do.  How can the self-proclaimed flagship school have a team that is so much worse than the land grant school's team?  How pathetic.

Totally agree. 100 percent. ku's A game is the best they can do...3 INTS! It's laughable. Can we replay that game? Better coached? Come on, the fat guy can't coach, all he can do is eat...Mangino? More like Mangina. Ron Prince will take us to new heights. This is a bump in the road to BCS bowls.

So why the frack didn't we bring our A game? I hope all our players made it to Aggieville Saturday night to enjoy the hoax's celebration. Maybe that will wake them to the fact of the consequences of bringing less than a complete effort.

    The "other" KSU
Chum is on point - 3 ints dont equal an A game, but it does for ku. As far as coaching goes, I think Mangina's fist year at ku was in 2002, in his second year he came off the non-con with a 3-1 record (similar "tough schedule"), beat MU and all of the JCCC-L fans were going bananas too - where did you all end that year? I will refresh your memory:
Colorado  L 50-47 4-2 (1-1)
Baylor  W 28-21 5-2 (2-1)
No. 10 Kansas State  L 42-6 5-3 (2-2)
Texas A&M  L 45-33 5-4 (2-3)
No. 21 Nebraska  L 24-3 5-5 (2-4)
No. 22 Oklahoma State  L 44-21 5-6 (2-5)
Iowa State  W 36-7 6-6 (3-5)

Following that stellar performance, you even made it to the Tangerine bowl game of which ku students got FREE admission to draw you down for a day after Xmas bowl game - and there was STILL a weak showing.

North Carolina State  L 56-26 6-7 (3-5)

Sorry, still not sold on the new found dominance of ku just yet.

your best player is a walk-on.

Texas was looking ahead to OK and lost to you (ku would beat Tex this year too)

ku threw 3 INTs ON THE FREAKING ROAD! and still beat you.

ku has won the last 3 out of 4 games against State.

Need I go on?

I'm not Wavy Gravy if that's what you're implying.

Check my past posts.  I was here before the game.  Now, it's simply after the game.
