I don't know what I think of Prince.  While I do appreciate a 7 win season to start,  the DOD in me just doesn't think he can get the job done.  I think we'll stay competitive, but I won't hold my breath for another DOD...or even a YOD.

The DOD will never leave us. I don't know how we will cope with it, but we must.

 :frown:  :crybaby:

I'd like to believe that the DOD will always be around, in our hearts and minds, but everyday it seems like a little piece of the DOD inside me dies, and it takes a piece of my soul with it.  Sometimes I wonder if the DOD was even worth all of this pain.  I mean, maybe our lives would be easier if the DOD never existed at all.   :'(

    It's time to hit it.
I'm just glad to say I spent my KSU years during the DOD.  98 was a hell of a year to graduate.

I saw 2 home losses as a student: '96 NU, '00 OU...since '04 we've lost 2 home games every year.     :crybaby:

Hopefuly not this year though.  :hope:

I thought it was a terrible hire at the time.  Now I think just the opposite I believe it was  a very good hire and he's the most talented coach in the North.  I didn't say best coach because he needs some seasoning but from sheer talent I think he's easily got the most potential.  NU and ku fans know this too and that is why they are obsessed with everything the guy does.  He scares the crap out of them because he's ballsy and he's unorthodox and that is exactly what you need to be to win at K-State.

Did you have a few lol's at the KK interview thread?  They were pretty much convinced Prince doesn't consider offense or defense important.

I should add that Prince-UVA video helped ease my fears.

I was only calmed down when hatter' started to come around.

But at the time, total WTF?!?!

Ya with how much  :koolaid: he drinks.  Him not believeing in something purple is unbelievable

Im not as surprised as the Phognetters, but pleasantly surprised.

They still analyze every quote of his hoping to find disaster just around the corner.  I admire their sticktoitiveness.
7-6 in first year, off-season BS = disaster
6-6 in 5th year = solid improvement

lmao's!
Honestly, I wouldn't call 6-6 for ku a total disaster any year.  If they are happy with 6-7 wins every 2-3 years, that's fine.  I think the rest of the north will pass by them though.

If your talking about ku, wouldn't that mean that they would have had to pass anyone in the North?
