- Good thing they didn't f- up (so far) before we play them.  They're not that good, so a win would be another top 10 win for Prince!
- Prince needs to outcoach them.
- We need to score more points than them to win the game.
- Hopefully the 2nd/3rd tier Texas recruits will take notice of our 2nd straight win over Texas (if we win).  Could be huge in getting more guys like Slaughter or Hunter.
- JUCO guys will like it.  Remember Texas win helped us get Murphy.
- Is this on TV?  It better f-ing be on national TV.  I'm not sure how the whole TV thing goes, but it seems we'll have the best game going that week in the Big 12.
- I doubt they can cover Jordy.
- We will be fresh and dandy for the game.  We'll get Cheatham and Baldwin back for sure, and maybe even Moore.  How did Otis/Matthews look?
- EMAW!!!

    Sniff Sniff. . . I smell Heisman.
I'm kinda concerned by the bye week. We could either come out fresh and well-rested, or we could come out rusty and slow. I hope it is the fresh and well-rested.
csourk is the best pre-college poster on this board.  way better than oxlp956

Usually fresh and well-rested.

Although Ell looked rusty after that bye and recovery from injury 4 years ago.

    The very best.
Good thoughts dude, I talked to a team source today.

His words, "Don't be surprised if Lamark explodes vs Texas"
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

It makes me nervous that everyone is saying we will beat Texas. It's still Texas and it's still in Austin. I think we lose.

Lamark hasn't done enough yet to make me believe that.

With the injuries mounting like they are, I think this bye will be a good thing.
Not sure how badly injured the guys who went down yesterday are, but an extra week to heal, will be a good thing.

We have to run the ball, or atleast try, and not just concede like in the Auburn game.
Though, not sure how good Texas' run defense is?

If we were coming off a bye with Snyder, I would be concerned about being rusty and slow, but for some reason I dont get that sense with RP...just a hunch though.
Weeks worth of rest to heal up is huge for going to Austin....and OU looming on the schedule the next wkend is pretty sweet deal as well (fortunately ksu only has ku the next wk  :jerkoff:)
