5)meyer - another bad one really, constantly thought he was the "future", but it seems we've come to the conclusion that he "never performed during the games, but was a "practice rat""
6)schmidt - hmmm....he broke his leg, so we didn't know how good he was at the time. in retrospect, this one hurts.
7)boss - fracking pussy.
8)prater - Mastrud made him irrelevant.
9)fisher - we actually bragged when we saw he left. (he got arrested, we quickly claimed he got kicked off the team, then prince confirmed a few days later)
10)clayton - "Thomas will not be traveling with us to the Texas Bowl."

I'd put Boss #2, mainly because the Husker nation made this one go nuts.

Biggest loss on that list. Most talented and had a ton of room for improvement. Could've started something special along the O-Line.

Plus we could've bragged about another amazing Prince O-Linemen. His first season being able to play @ KSU would be last year, could've used the "Prince taught him everything he knows" line.

This thread is incomplete without an update on where those players are and what they've accomplished after transferring.

Did Care:
1. Moran- Maybe this wound is the freshest, but this one sucked.
2. Lopina- I thought he was he best option of the three QB exodus.
3. Schmidt- Probably good for everyone that he did leave, but he has talent.
4. Fisher- The version that sets the Frosh rushing record, not punches his girlfriend (Huskers take note).
5. Boss- He was a pussy, but he was a huge get in recruiting circles and athletic for his size.


Didn't care at all:
Everidge- The ultimate crybaby martyr!  Good riddance to he and his loudmouth mamma.
Webb- Didn't blame him, nor need him.
Hafferty- Perhaps he should spend more time writing weeping odes to Snyder than drunk as hell?
Krehbiel- Damaged goods and felt he needed a retarded excuse to quit.  Just quit dude!
Meyer- Good upside (early in camp), but always faded later.
