ku's returning WR's are much better than K-State's.  Jordy Nelson is the only WR that scored a TD for K-State last season.  ku will have the advantage at that position with Dexton Fields, Marcus Henry, Marcus Herford, Dezmon Briscoe, etc.  If you include Derek Fine at TE, along with Aqib Talib (who comes in at WR on occasion) it's not even close.

ku does have quite a bit more experience, but talent is KSU by far.

ku didn't need to throw the ball against K-State last season because your defensive line was pathetic (as was your offensive line).  K-State doesn't improve much in either aspect.

I wouldn't put Sharp in Cornish's league anytime soon.  Cornish was an f-ing stud.  Hopefully nobody significant gets hurt for us in the few weeks before the game.

I thought it was interesting about these hts in the rosters.

ku LB Artist Wright measured 5-10 at one of those combines(remember how ku doesn't take "short" LB's?) and he's "6-0" in ku's roster.

Houlik measured 5-10.5 at a combine...he was "5-10" last year on the roster and "5-11" this year on KSU's roster.  Probably the difference between measuring 5-10 1/2 and 5-10 5/8 as that is the difference for NFL rosters.

McGee measured 5-10 and 5-10.5 at combines...he's "5-10" on KSU's roster.

Ignore the roster ht/wts on ku roster.  Not too many of them are legit.

Aliq Talib is your team. Really.

Avoid throwing his direction...run the ball on what will again be a pitiful ku defense. Game over.

We're talking about returning players. Is Briscoe your poor mans' version of Lamark Brown? Good luck with that one.

Anybody notice how he threw a true freshman in as a "returning receiver"?  Sure glad none of our cats used Lamark, Hogan, or the two JC transfers as our returning talent...then again we stick to the facts.

LOL at even mentioning Herford...or even Henry since neither has done much of anything in their careers and they have both been there more than long enough to prove themselves.  "If you don't know me by now you will never, never, never know me"...song by both Herford and Henry.  Dexton Fields is a receiver nobody worries about in the conference.

thanks for the entertainment BMW.

FU dude.  Just as I'm typing that...damn.  Beat me to it.

I will say this...Briscoe is talented.  I watched his highlights on youtube and he has great leaping ability and body control for going up high and getting the ball...but average speed.  He could be a really good player for them when he develops.  Of course we'll be realistic about what they have...you won't hear beaks talk about Hogan that way..hell, Crabby even came out and said Hogan is one they missed.

Then there is Lamark.  Way bigger, stronger, and more athletic than Briscoe.  But unlike beak we won't count him as a "returning" player.

One more LOL..Briscoe is 6-2 180 per recruiting profile but magically grows an inch and 20lbs on beak roster.

    I'm impossible to fool.
For the record, Marcus Herford has spent precisely one seasn at wide receiver.  Prior to that he was a QB.  I think it's a little early to declare him a bust at WR, and he's got plenty of athleticism.

Notice that I never called Briscoe a returning receiver.  I simply stated that ku's group of WR's was more talented and had more depth.  There's really no argument for K-State fans.  If Jordy Nelson is your best threat at WR, you're in for a tough year.

Henry, Herford, and Fields would all be the #1 WR on the depth chart at K-State.

Dezmon Briscoe had better offers out of high school than Lamark Brown and played against better competition.  Briscoe is #80:

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

You were completely destroyed in the other thread.

Are you going to shut up or continue embarrassing yourself.

Or, you could start off by telling us that stats aren't relevant...and then prove your point by posting the GLEAMING stats of Herford, Henry, Fields, Fine, Briscoe*

I think Lamark Brown is a better returning starter than all three of those guys.  :jerkoff:

I could post Lamark's stats he's compiled as a Wildcat, but it's irrelevant in this discussion.

LOL at this guy, his insecurity is entertaining.  Hold on to that 39-20, because its all you have or will ever have.  You can tell your grandkids that you were around when ku beat KSU 39-20, they should be impressed because they'll know how truly rare that is.  Prince has KSU pointed in the right direction again, we recieved AP votes for the top 25 this year and we have more talent on this years team then we've had since we won the Big 12.  ku, Mangino, football? Please, its still laughable, come back around when you actually done something other than beat a couple mediocre KSU teams.
