It should help.  I think we have a great shot at him, whether or not Donovan returns.  We should pack that place in purple.

I don't think you can.  Also, I wish that Michael Beasley was going to be there (instead of being so darned patriotic!)

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

No kidding.  Screw representing your "country".  It's all about repping your one year pit-stop before the NBA.

Also it should be noted that he's already been to Manhattan, and likes it enough to keep us in his top 3.

Q Have you heard anything about Kadji lately? Apparently he will attend the Elite Camp at KSU. That would be a HUGE pickup. And it doesn't seem like he minds Manhattan, since he's already been here and still have us in his top 3. And no I didn't expect that from Harper. I thought he was EMAW all the way. *tears*

A I'm hearing a lot of good things about Kadji. Frank has done his homework there...
Jeffrey Martin 6/04/07

...what does that mean?  "Frank has done his homework"?  It's not like Kadji is a sleeper and I didn't think Frank wasn't the first to offer him.

Also, RIP the possibility of Harper's committment.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
Kadji was a fringe top 100 guy, and yes, KSU was one of the first to offer.

“Kansas State, Bob Huggins has said that he’ll take him right now and he can use him right now,” Ramker said. “They’ve been there from Day One. They started recruiting Kenny immediately when they got the job.”

We're a basketball school anyways.  Basketball rules football at every university in the country.

    This ZERO is my Hero
Something JMart said does make me wonder some.  He mentioned Miami as a possible job for Martin someday.  That could influence Kadji.  With Donavon going back to Florida, he can tell Kadji that he is never leaving Gainsville, and that Martin could be heading back to south florida when the Miami job opens.

I doubt Kadji is thinking about Martin and Miami.

Well I'll be damned.  I thought that Florida State was on him first.  Atta boy Frank (and Bob).

Donovan flirting with the Orlando job should hurt his recruiting more than anything else. Coaches will just make the argument that something didn't go right and that all the next team has to do is do this something and then he will be gone. That's my opinion anyway..

Billy Donovan doesn't have to recruit good-but-not-great players.  He has to keep them distracted and flattered while his #1 recruiting targets are weighing their options.

But in a way in can help him, in his buyout it says he can't leave for the NBA in the next 5 years.

That's not a done deal and could easily be challenged.
